Roshan S. Baboolal

Mr. Roshan S Baboolal is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a auditing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and a certified member of the Institute of Financial Consultants (IFC).
Mr. Baboolal is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada (CGA). He is the holder of an accredited MBA, a Marine Surveyor and Inspector and holds various other professional certifications and memberships.
Mr. Baboolal has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the fields of accounting, audit and assurance, taxation, investigations, corporate finance, receivership training and various branches of business and financial consultancy; the last twenty four (24) as principal of the firm. Mr. Baboolal brings a wealth of experience to the firm and is highly respected in his field. He has been recognized in the Who’s Who of Professionals magazine in 1998 as a distinguished business professional.

Mr. Baboolal served as Chairman of the state owned National Infrastructure Development Company of Trinidad & Tobago during the period 2010-2012.
Sunil Moonsammy

Mr. Sunil Moonsammy has been with the firm for over fourteen (14) years. He is a auditing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) and also holds an International Practising Certificate issued by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Mr. Moonsammy also holds memberships in other professional bodies including The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting (BSc (Hons)) awarded by Oxford Brookes University, the MSc in Professional Accountancy awarded by the University of London, a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) awareded by the Corporate Finance Institute and has successfully completed various other courses at the professional level. Mr. Moonsammy is also a licensed Trustee under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act (BIA).
He brings a wealth of experience to the firm in the areas of financial advisory, taxation, strategic planning and control, audit, assurance and management consultancy. Mr. Moonsammy has previously served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Bankers Insurance Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited.
